British Board of Agrément
The BBA is the UK’s major authority offering approval of construction products, systems and installers. The BBA is underlined by its UKAS accreditations and is also the UK representative in EOTA, the body that co-ordinates the issue of European Technical Approvals across the EU. Polyroof’s Protec, Elastex and Polyroof 185 systems all carry BBA approval.
Factory Mutual
FM Approvals, backed by scientific research and testing, tells customers the product conforms to the highest standards. Approval depends on meeting rigorous loss prevention standards. The Protec system carries FM Approval.
BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
The ISO 9001 is a standard for companies with a quality management system that demonstrates ability to consistantly provide products to meet customer and statutory requirements, as well as striving to enhance customer satisfaction. Polyroof Products Ltd is certified to ISO 9001:2008.
BS EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System
The ISO 14001 is a standard for companies that establish, implement, maintan and improve on their environmental management systems and conform with environmental policies. Polyroof Products Ltd is certified to ISO 14001:2004.
NBS Plus
NBS Plus is a library of product information, authored as NBS clauses and guidance in the NBS specification products NBS Building, NBS Engineering Services and NBS Landscape, which can be consulted or copied directly into building specifications. The Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association
LRWA, The Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association consists of the leading manufacturers of liquid applied coatings approved contractors and related materials suppliers. LRWA members are devoted to best industry practice. With the aim of supplying and applying systems to a client’s full satisfaction, advice can be obtained either centrally or from individual member firms. Polyroof Products Ltd is a member of LRWA.
The National Federation of Roofing Contractors
The NFRC is the UK’s largest roofing trade association representing over 60% of the roofing industry by value. By using a NFRC registered contractor you have the comfort of guaranteed protection and quality. NFRC actively ensures that members offer high standards of workmanship and sound business practice through a strict code of practice and independent vetting procedure, including site inspections and adhering to the Government endorsed TrustMark standards.
