Third Party Approval
The Polyroof 185 and Protec system have achieved BBA Certification, an authoritative and independent approval body that has been providing information on building products for over 40 years. The Protec system has also received FM approval, which is recognised and respected across the globe.
Guarantee Details
The Polyroof 185 system carries a 20 year insurance-backed labour and materials guarantee as standard. The Protec system also carries a 20 year insurance-backed labour and materials guarantee providing the contract meets the required criteria. Quality and Environmental Accreditation
The company operates under the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. In order to ensure environmental commitments are realised Polyroof commit to an Environmental Management System certified to BS EN ISO 14001:2004.
Insurance Backing
The Polyroof 185 system has had insurance backing for its guarantee for a long period of time. The Protec system is now also available with insurance backing for total piece of mind. Furthermore, all products supplied by Polyroof Products LTd are also backed by product liability insurance.
Customer Service Commitment
As part of Polyroof’s continual commitment to improving quality, Polyroof approved contractors are now required to commit to a Customer Charter, confirming their commitment to providing excellent service to the customer. Furthermore contractors will now be provided with ID cards to further reassure customers.
