The overall aesthetic appearance was very important, originally traditional metal roofing was considered but the client had reservations with possible noise and theft problems and tasked Williams Roofing Contractors of Chandlers Ford in finding an alternative solution.

The contractor worked closely with the Polyroof Technical Department, the client and the planners to produce a detailed specification for the BBA approved, Polyroof 185 System incorporating preformed trims to create a lead effect.
The system was successfully installed within the project time frame. The project was nominated for the Roofing Awards due to the high level of intricate detailing that was undertaken and the care that was taken to ensure that all preformed profiles were fitted in balanced, parallel positions. The overall attention to detail by the skilled operatives was first class.
The project was completed with the usual insurance backed 20 year guarantee from Polyroof Products Limited.
