Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC)

Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (Commonly referred to as RAAC) is a lightweight aerated cementitious material often pre-cast into planks. The RAAC does not contain a coarse aggregate which means it differs from more traditional reinforced concrete in its structural behaviour and properties. Download our factsheet below or submit an enquiry to find how Polyroof can assist you on any projects where RAAC is encountered.
