We’ve been working within the residential sector for the last 40 years, where we have finetuned our technology to create durable, flexible roofing solutions ideal for overlay and upgrade.
At Polyroof, our top priority is ensuring your home is futureproofed to provide a safe and habitable environment. Our range of cold-applied liquid waterproofing membranes are ideal for overlaying flat roofs on domestic properties, including garages, extensions, gutters, parapet walls, dormer roofs, and more.
Providing the existing roof is structurally sound, dry, and free from major water damage, an overlay will be possible onto just about any surface. Your overlaid roof will also be covered by the trusted Polyroof Guarantee. Additionally, if your existing roof build up is sound but does not meet the current thermal performance requirements, a roofing upgrade may be viable. As well as providing a seamless waterproofing solution, insulation can be installed over the existing roof build up to increase your roof’s thermal performance and adhere to building regulations.
Our catalyst-controlled liquid systems eliminate the need for hot works, ensuring no risk of accidental fires during installation. This eliminates the need for hot work permits, torches, burners, or heating equipment, streamlining waterproofing processes while prioritising safety and ease of use. As a result, installers can promptly repair or refurbish your flat roof, confident in the reduced risk of fire.
Top rated fire performance: Our systems can achieve the classification of BROOF(t4), the top rating achievable for a flat roof system and designating our waterproofing systems as unrestricted under the national requirements.
With guarantees of up to 25 years, our liquid systems provide assurance to our clients that, from the moment they are installed, they will remain waterproof for decades to come. Polyroof systems are available in a range of colours and finishes to complement a projects’s aesthetics and are suitable for all roof designs. The Polyroof team of experts can advise you on the benefits of each option and, as a result, which one is the most suitable for your project. We understand that our clients’ are often tasked with many responsibilities during a project. Book in a non obligatory consultation with our expert team and we will guide you through every step of your project. Our aim is to optimise your time and your client’s investment.
At Polyroof, we can help you with both refurbishment and new build applications. Our range of BBA approved, cold liquid applied systems can replicate the look of metal sheeted roofing at a fraction of the weight and the price. The high cost of metals in general has resulted in a marked increase in the thefts of lead, copper and zinc, however, simulated finishes have no scrap value, therefore, they are far less prone to vandalism, making them an ideal choice for residential installations. Polyroof Simulated Metal Finishes are also a cost-effective way to enhance the aesthetics of your roof design, whilst not compromising quality.
How is the finish achieved?
The trims come in two varieties – lead roll effect and standing seam (for zinc and copper reproductions). Upon completion, the finish is totally seamless without any of the weak points associated with the joints of metal roofs.
