Polyroof Cut-To-Falls Insulation
Innovative bonded two-layer system featuring a cost-effective tapered base insulation layer and Polyroof RES Insulation (T&G) top layer. Polyroof will undertake a survey of the roof and produce a bespoke cut-to-falls scheme for the project.

Polyroof Inverted-Therm Insulation
Polyroof’s liquid roofing systems are ideal for inverted roof designs and are BBA certified to last the design life of the roof within buried membrane configurations. Polyroof supply the full range of inverted roof insulation.
Polyroof SA Vapour Barrier
A 0.6mm high performance aluminium foil-faced vapour barrier that is suitable for high humidity conditions. Self adhesive, rapid, and fully cold-applied application.
Visqueen Vapour Control Layer
A cost effective 1200 gauge polythene material suitable for use as a vapour control layer within mechanically fixed warm roof systems.
Polyroof SA Sand-Faced Carrier Layer
A 2mm high-performance sanded faced bituminous membrane that can be used as a vapour barrier or as a carrier layer. The membrane offers excellent vapour resistance and has a self adhesive, rapid, and fully cold-applied application.

Polyroof SA Primer (Roller Applied)

Polyroof Twin-Pack Insulation Adhesive

Polyroof Single-Pack Insulation Adhesive
Polyroof Single Pack Insulation Adhesive a cost effective single component, moisture curing polyurethane adhesive applied from a 22L (17kg) canister to provide accurate application. This adhesive is not suitable for foil-to-foil applications

PR Rooflight Kerb – Type A
For use with flat board insulation
Add vertical risers to suit the depth of insulation specifed – as standard supplied with a 130mm vertical attachment to ensure a good interface between board insulation and the rooflight kerb.

PR Rooflight Kerb – Type F
“Sleeving Over” existing rooflight kerbs or protrusions in refurbishment situations. Vertical risers are added to ensure the ventilation modules and or glazing do not foul the existing protrusions. For these applications we would recommend taking advantage of our site survey service.

PR Rooflight Kerb – Type G
Variable height using uPVC plugins for fxing to an existing builders kerb or plinth.

Hit and Miss Vent
Provides minimal background ventilation and is controlled by means of a small sliding shutter over slots in the kerb wall protected by the weather edge.
Rota Vent
Unique all PVCu “hopper” ventilator directs the airflow upward to reduce the risk of condensation forming on the glazing as well as preventing down draughts. The vent openings are fully protected reducing the risk of moisture, wind blown debris or grit entering the building.
Manually Operated Worm Gear Vent
The whole rooflight top hinges open on a continuous co-extruded PVCu hinge to allow large areas of ventilation through the open area.
Electrically Operated Chain Drive Motor
230 or 24 volt motor drives the unit open to provide large areas of ventilation through the opening.
18mm Polyroof Approved Plywood
Polyroof approved plywood achieves compliance with Building Regulations (through BBA approval, meeting requirements of BS5268 Part 2 or ETA certifed), CE Marked Structural 2+ with a high quality face veneer featuring an open grain structure allowing for excellent resin adhesion.
18mm OSB3 TG4
Polyroof approved OSB3 TG4E achieve compliance with Building Regulations by meeting the requirements of BS EN 300 and achieves BBA Certification. The boards are CE marked (Structural 2+) and satisfy the requirements of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR).

Polyroof SA Lightning Conductor Clips
Recommend for direct-coating with the Protec System
Supplied in one piece with a self-adhesive backing for easy installation. Features a recessed rivet to protect the membrane from damage and accommodates a conductor strip.
Polyroof Structural Repair Mortar
A single component, cementitious mortar that, because of its enhanced polymer properties, is rapid hardening, low density, and high strength. The thixotropic nature of the mortar enables easy, high build trowel application for structural repairs. Polyroof Structural Repair Mortar is supplied ready for on-site mixing and application, requiring only the addition of clean water.
