The Warm Flat Roof System is a fully integrated, thermally efficient roofing solution suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects. Combining Polyroof's self-adhesive vapour control and carrier layers with thermally efficient insulation and a cold liquid-applied waterproofing membrane, it delivers a seamless, fully adhered build-up on a wide range of structural deck types including timber decks, concrete & metal, as well as being ideal for overlay of existing roof surfaces, backed by Polyroof's comprehensive range of guarantees, covering all Polyroof elements.

With insulation positioned above the structural deck, the warm roof design eliminates cold bridging and ensures the full thermal value of the insulation is realised, helping buildings meet and exceed current Building Regulation requirements.
Subject to specification and project requirements, a range of guarantees of up to 25 years can be issued when Polyroof-specified elements are used as part of the build-up. The Polyroof Ultimate Guarantee, covering all Polyroof supplied components, from vapour control layer to waterproofing membrane, can be issued, giving building owners complete long-term peace of mind.
A range of Polyroof specified insulation options, including non-combustible, are available in tapered configurations, allowing positive roof drainage to be achieved through the insulation layer. Bespoke cut-to-falls schemes are provided by Polyroof's technical team.
The entire system build-up, from the self-adhesive AVCL and insulation layer through to the liquid waterproofing membrane, is fully cold applied, with no naked flame or hot works required at any stage.
The Warm Flat Roof System is equally suited to new build construction and thermal upgrade refurbishment projects, and is compatible with timber, concrete, metal decking, and many existing sound roof surfaces.

Protec Evolve is an ultra-low odour liquid-applied membrane, ideal for warm roof installations within sensitive or occupied environments. The membrane is fast-curing, certified carbon neutral, and highly versatile - forming the waterproofing layer of the Warm Flat Roof System over the Polyroof SA Carrier Layer.
